| Course content | A tutor comes to your home and works to improve your child or family's general English level. Structured lessons include conversation, reading and discussing books, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, listening exercises and writing. The tutor will also arrange games, excursions and other extra-curricular activities to develop English in a more informal setting, building skills to improve fluency and understanding. Each student is assessed at the beginning and end of the course and presented with a graded certificate of achievement as well as a detailed progress report. |
A tutor comes to your home and tailors a unique academic or language course. This can include high level English: comprehension, analysis, essay structuring, studying literature and creative writing. It can also include other academic subjects such as European history, Latin and French. Tuition can be geared towards UK school or university applications with work on specific exam papers and interview practice, or towards preparing children transitioning to international schools. A certificate of achievement and a progress report will be presented upon completion. |
